PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PRODUKSI PT SURYA AGROLIKA REKSA SEI BASAU KEC. SINGINGI HILIR KAB. KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kec. Singingi Hilir Kab. Kuantan Singingi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian produksi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah menggunakan Non Probability Sampling pengambilan sampel yang ditentukan oleh peneliti berdasarkan komponen yang sesuai dan tidak sama besar dari ketetapan peneliti yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kec. Singingi Hilir Kab. Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau Kec. Singing Hilir Kab. Kuantan Singingi. The population in this study are employees who work in the production section. The sampling technique in this study is to use Non Probability Sampling, the sampling determined by the researcher based on the appropriate and unequal components of the determination of the researchers, amounting to 40 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously has a significant positive effect on the performance of production employees at PT.
